Vaguely frustrated with the vaguness of Pilates instructors - eg if you ask me to rotate a body part and don't specify around what axis, there's a reasonable chance I'll pick the wrong one.

Double update, did pilates at Frame last night and did 30 minutes on treadmill this morning.

I feel like I'm possibly doing TOO MUCH exercise at the moment - I really want to be doing Frame or Running, but at the moment I'm still experimenting with Frame so I'm keeping up the running and ending up exercising nearly every day. On the other hand running and pilates do complement well.

My body hates me, a week sitting around doing nothing and eating chocolate is definitely not good for it.

I tried to join a nicer gym only to find that when I went down there to pickup my membership card, the salesguy screwed up and signed me up for the wrong branch. Nice receptionist reckoned I have to go to the incorrect branch, pick up my paperwork, and ask to be transferred, I'm going to try arguing with the salesguy first.

Tried out the bright yellow jacket but even with it, it's still cold and wet out there. Thinking of joining the better gym.

Physio exercises maybe making a slight difference but I still had ankle problems.

Forgot my Garmin so today won't be logged there. Feet slightly better today - I tried to loosen the laces and also stretch more, so maybe one of those is helping.

Brisk 5-minute walk, then 3 minutes of running, 1-and-a-half minutes of walking, 5 minutes of running, 2-and-a-half minutes of walking, 3 minutes of running, 1-and-a-half minutes of walking and 5 minutes of running.

Good: found my winter running kit and it did warm me up. Even in the cold it's nicer outside than in the gym.

Bad: it no longer really fits and needs replacing.

Also Bad: Having numbness problems again. I should try physio.

I actually did go to the gym. I do not like the gym. I'm out of practice with gyms so I forgot my towel and had to walk home all cold and sweaty and shower at home.

The winter outdoor running gear was looking expensive but I might reconsider.
